Quick and Easy Home Remedies For Acne and Pimples For Men and Women

Acne affects approximately 85% at one point or another in their lives. Adding insult to injury, not only conventional treatment is expensive but they also come with several unwanted side effects, such as irritation, redness, and dryness.

4. Tea Tree Oil.

5. Green Tea Mask.

6. Witch Hazel.

Witch Hazel is one of the most powerful natural remedies, as it combats bacteria and inflammation. In a Pan, mix witch hazel bark with water, soak a witch hazel in it and let it boil, then, let it cool down and use it to clean your skin with it.

7. Aloe Vera Moisturizer.

Aloe Vera is good for almost everything, including acne, you need to scrap the gel from the plant using a spoon, and apply that gel directly to your face.

8. Fish Oil Supplements.

Increasing your intake of Fish Oil Supplements has been scientifically proven to be effective against Acne, whether you consume naturally from Fish or in supplements.

9. Regular Exfoliation.

Regular exfoliation is one great way to fight off and/or prevent acne, and you don’t need any expensive products to do so, use sugar or salt and coconut oil and applied.

10. Regular Exercise.

Believe it or not, this is great for your skin, as your blood circulation increases during an exercise routine, which is great, as it nourishes your skin cells and prevents acne.
