Asus Zenfone 5 Date, Price, Features and Specifications

Asus is a Taiwanese Company with headquarters in Taipei it is famous for selling computer and phone hardware and software products. This company has put on a lot of effort in providing their clients with good quality cellphones at fair prices in order to be able to cope with competition. However, Asus has been able to become greatly renowned for its latest smartphones which has created expectations among their clients.

Asus’ latest release is expected to be in May 2018. The new Asus phone will be known as Asus Zenfone 5 ZE620KL and it seems that it will perform an incredibly stylish design with modern elements that have become trendy in the last months.

First, let’s discuss the Zenfone 5 dimensions. It will measure 153 x 75.7 x 7.9 mm. or 6.02 x 2.98 x 0.31 inches and it will weigh only 155 grams. This makes it a very light cellphone in comparison with the smartphones from other important companies. It is built with front glass and aluminum body and possesses a dual slot for Nano-SIM and dual stand-by.

The Zenfone 5 will present an IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen 16 MP display that will measure 6.2 inches or 96.9 cm2 which is 83.6% screen-to-body ratio. The resolution of the screen will be 1080 x 2246 pixels with a 18.7:9 ratio and its odd ratio will be protected by an unspecified version of Corning Gorilla Glass.

The new Zenfone 5 will run on Android 8.0 Oreo as most of the smartphones being released during these months. But the chipset will be Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 and the processor is and octa-cor Kryo 260 making a very powerful device.

It will come with only 64 GB for storage space for it can be enhanced through micro SD up to 400 GB and it will come in variations of 4 or 6 GB RAM.

The primary camera will be a dual 12 + 8 MP and the frontal secondary camera will be 8 MP. Fingerprint scanner will be on the rear and it will perform a non-removable Li-Ion 3,300 mAh battery.
