Indian audience is looking for movies with new concepts and not just another love story. Read on to know more about most hyped bollywood movies of 2018 and how they fared at box-office.

1. Namaste England

Sequel of the 2007 hit movie Namaste London, Namaste England failed terribly to attract the audience. The lead actors Parineeti Chopra and Arjun Kapoor seem to have been running through a bad phase in their lives. They are attracting one bad script after another. People had much expectations from this movie based on the prequel Namaste London.

2. Thugs of Hindostan

This film had everything, from handsome budget to fancy sets, the Megastar Amitabh Bachchan, Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan, the beautiful Fatima Sana Shaikh and even Katrina Kaif with her unbelievable dance moves. And as mentioned earlier, it doesn’t matter if the actor is Khan or Kapoor (or even a Bachchan), the Indian audience need a proper movie with an interesting script to watch during their weekend.

3. Dhadak and Kedarnath

Dhadak was a remake of 2016 mega-hit Marathi movie, Sairat. Although Sairat turned out to be an epic movie, Dhadak got a lukewarm response from the audience. It wasn’t a hit nor was a total flop. Jhanvi and Ishaan received applaud for their debut performances.

Kedarnath was like a dream project to Sara Ali Khan. It was her debut movie where she performed like a pro. Acting is something that seemed to have come natural to Sara. Other best things about the movie were destination and songs. But again the movie script sucked! Even Kedarnath received lukewarm response.

4. Raazi

Based on the events leading to the 1971 Indo-Pakistan war, the story is commemorated to the unsung heroes of the Indian elite spy agencies that remain behind the scenes and provide tremendous assistance in various ways.
