If you have often wonder if eating chicken regularly is healthy, you are not alone, not at all, that is a question that many wonder about when deciding to find a more healthier way to eat and improve their health.

Chicken is no doubt one of everyone’s favorite food, you can have it fried, grilled, roasted, baked, and practically any other ingenious way out there in the gastronomical World. One thing is for sure, no matter how you make it, every single bit will taste like heaven.

Proteins are made of amino acids, and Chicken happens to be one of the richest sources of proteins. Why are they important? Well, proteins, and especially those found in Chicken, are a quintessential requirement for the proper developing of our body, muscles, bones, cells, and improving our immune system to disrupt toxins.

Recent studies have shown that there is an amino acid in Chicken called tryptophan which has been linked to making us feel a sense of relief and comfort, which makes it an efficient combatant against depression. In addition, eating chicken regularly increases our levels of serotonin in our brains, thus effectively improving our mood. So, in lamest terms, eating chicken makes you happy.

Moreover, Chicken is a great source of an anti-oxidant called selenium which has been proven to be very effective against degenerative diseases, inflammatory diseases, cardiovascular conditions, and neurological problems. And as a bonus, selenium is known to be as an effective free radicals killer.
