LG K30 By T-Mobile Price, Date, and Everything You Need To Know

The LG K30 was officially released in the Unites States by T-Mobile to be priced at $225 contract free or $9 payable for 24 months. It boasts of pretty awesome features with a Snapdragon 425 Chipset, 13MP rear and 5MP front camera, Adreno 308 GPU, 2 GB of RAM with 32 GB storage, which is expandable up to a whopping 4 TB with micro SD, a display of 5.3 inches and fingerprint scanner.

This is the first time T-Mobile as invested on the 4G LTE networking to improve their low-frequency market share, which spent around $8 billion in a buyout of 45% stake of the 600Mhz spectrum in the auction held by FCC and the LG K30 is the newest product launched to utilize this spectrum after T-Mobile had activated their first network site last year. Additionally the smart phone will run on T-Mobiles extended range LTE on its 600 MHz frequency which will improve the signal strength by twofold as well as better wall penetration. Apart from the K30 T-Mobile only offers the extended LTE signal range to the LG V30 and V30+.

The phone has a full metal black body as well as thick bezels which looks quite similar to the LG X4+ that was released in South Korea. It has a 2800 mAh battery and LG has equipped the phone with quick charging support which should provide a battery life up to 13 hours for a single charge. A dual SIM support of the phone will have 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC and a USB Type C port. For those on the T-Mobiles Jump on Demand program buyers will have the advantage of zero down payments.

The smart phone placed in the mid-range category as far as pricing and specifications are concerned when launched in India it should compete with a range of phones in the same, such as the Xiaomi Redmi 5A, Tenor D, Samsung Galaxy J2 and Vivo Y53i.

But if we note that the K series of LG smart phones already exist in the Indian market with the previous launch of the LG K10 in February this year, which runs on Android Marshmallow while the K-30 runs on Android Nougat that seems to be an upgraded version of the same. Given the features plus the specifications it seems like an affordable buy which promises to deliver a smooth Android experience.
