Moto E5 Play Deals, User Review and Performance

The Moto E5 Play is Motorola’s budget smartphone of 2018. It is completely made of plastic it is exclusively sold in the U.S.

This cellphone does not seem to have a lot of great upgrades in the system specifications in comparison with the E4 besides some upgrades in features. For example, the E5 will bring a fingerprint sensor and removable battery and expandable memory through microSD. It will also run on Android 8.0 Oreo.

This is not considered to be a large smartphone with a display of only 5.2 inches LCD with a resolution of only 720p and a Snapdragon 425 chipset or Snapdragon 427 that is not expected to help too much in the gaming part.

An important topic about this smartphone is its price. We already mentioned that it will be a budged smartphone form the Motorola Company and since its main characteristics are not so great; carriers calculate it to cost about $100 which seems to be a fair price for the quality of phone that will be offered.

The design of the New Moto E5 Play seems to be a combination of the nostalgic designs of the Motorola from the past with a fresh new trendy stylish design that will definitely make you feel like you are holding the future in your hands. It features a ratio for 16:9 as many budged smartphones from other famous top tier companies.

Its performance is not highly regarded since it has only 2GB RAM which is not very good for gaming. The E5 has 16GB of internal storage that can be upgraded to 128 with a microSD.

One of its downsides is that this cellphone does not have gyroscope which also affects the gameplay. In the case of the battery, it only has a 2,800mAh battery but since it is removable, it is not such a bad thing.

Just remember that it is very hard to be demanding with a smartphone that will cost around $100. So, keep in mind that with this much money you might not be able to get a good phone like this one, even if it’s completely made of plastic.
