PKL Day 16: Bengaluru Bulls & U.P. Yoddha won & Puneri Paltan lost the second consecutive match

On the sixteenth day of Pro Kabaddi League season 6, the first match of the day was Bengaluru Bulls vs Haryana Steelers.

Both teams won two matches till now but Haryana Steelers already lost five matches in opposite Bengaluru Bulls lost only one.

Haryana Steelers won the toss and selected choice of court. Match started with an empty raid from both team and as match continue score 1-1, 5-5, 7-7, 8-8 and every time Haryana Steelers with lead and Bengaluru Bulls chasing it.

At Halftime Haryana lead with 2 points against Bengaluru with score 15-13 on the table.  With Haryana Steelers’ Vikas Kandola’s unsuccessful raid, Haryana all out at score 21-17 on the table. Bengaluru’s Rohit Kumar’s successful raid help opponent Haryana all out the second time with score 32-23 on the table.

Bengaluru Bulls changed the game as they trail by 2 points in halftime and at the end, they won the match by 8 point lead with score 42-34 on the table. Bengaluru Bulls’ Pawan Sehrawat scored 20 raid point which gives a clear difference between two teams.

Bengaluru Bulls won their 3rd match of this season and have one loss in their account.

2nd match of the day: Puneri Paltan vs U. P. Yoddha.

Both teams have three losses and one tie on the point table but Puneri Paltan with 5 wins and Yoddha with 1 win. Last time Puneri Paltan lost against Thalaivas after three consecutive wins.

Puneri Paltan won the toss and selected choice of court. At halftime UP Yoddha lead with 4 points against host Puneri Paltan with score 12-16 on the table.

Yoddha easily converted halftime 6 points lead to 6 points winning lead with score 23-29 on the table. This was 2nd win for Yoddha and consecutive second lost for Puneri Paltan. Overall Puneri Paltan on the top of the table with 4 lost and UP Yoddha on the second position with 3 lost.
